Why is my candle tunneling (burning down the middle & building up wax on the edges of the candle)?
Tunneling typically occurs when a candle has not been burning long enough for the wax to pool from edge to edge of the vessel. Allow candle to burn long enough for the top layer of wax to melt completely. See Candle & Wax Melt Care page for proper burning tips.

All candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and essential oil-infused fragrances that are free of toxins, phthalates & cancer-causing agents.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 3-5 days and once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location & the efficiency of your local postal service.
Will my candles or wax melts melt during shipping?
Soy wax is a very soft wax that may start to melt if exposed to hot temperatures of 80+ degrees for long periods of time. To minimize this risk, candles & wax melt shipments will include frozen gel packs during hot, summer months. You can also keep an eye out for your tracking details that will be sent via email when the product ships – tracking your order for expected arrival can reduce the amount of time the wax is left in the mailbox or hot sun.
How do I clean up spilled wax?
For smaller spills you can use warm/hot water and a cloth immediately after.
Use a plastic spatula or credit card to scrape up dried wax. Then clean up remaining wax with a warm cloth. DO NOT use metal or anything too sharp that might damage the surface that the wax was spilled on.
How do I remove wax from the warmer?
Unlike candles, wax melts do not evaporate! Once the scent dissipates, you can remove the wax using one of these methods. Please use caution when handling hot wax/warmer.
Option 1: Use a silicone flip dish that fits into your warmer for easy clean up – simply flip the reusable dish inside out to pop out the used wax once it hardens and is cool. Best option for the 2-in-1 Warmer
Option 2: Allow wax in the warmer to harden completely. Turn the warmer on for a few minutes to soften at the bottom. Push firmly on the top of the wax melt (toward the outer edge) and the block of wax should slide right out. Discard or save. Best option for the Sea Glass Plug-in Warmer
Option 3: While the wax is still warm (not too hot – be careful not to burn yourself) you can use cotton balls to absorb excess wax. Ideal for smaller amounts of wax. Wipe warmer clean with a paper towel.
