I take pride in hand-pouring all Khai Kandles’ natural soy wax products and my goal is to ensure that my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please describe the issue (including photos if possible) and I will exchange your item within 15 days of the order as long as you have proof of purchase. We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction with the scent after ordering.
In most cases, candles/melts do not need to be returned, but if you do need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect). Once your request or return is received & inspected, an email will be sent to advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed. You will be notified via email when the return transaction is posted by Khai Kandles – but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records.
Please also note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
